Introduction
HWD12B16GA4PBGA899M3 is a 4-channel, 12-bit high-speed and
high-precision ADC featuring a tunable sampling rate up to 16 GSPS with
10 GHz input bandwidth. The ADC core employs a time-interleaved
Pipeline-SAR architecture, integrating three key technologies:
Wideband sample-and-hold circuitry; Time-interleaving with internal error
calibration; JESD204C high-speed serial interface design. This combination
enables monolithic single-chip implementation of 16-GSPS sampling at
12-bit resolution. The device supports both on-chip and inter-chip
synchronization. Package: BGA899; Temperature rating: -55°C to +125°C.
